Email is the direct way to reach the team that builds and operates Zeus. Write to us about product questions, account support, security reviews, billing, or an enterprise deployment. Please use the address below so your request reaches the right people.

What to include

For account or review help, include the repository name, pull request number, and the email address associated with your Arcanist account. Do not email source code, access tokens, private keys, passwords, or other secrets. We can ask for the minimum safe diagnostic information after we understand the issue.

For a security or privacy question, put “Security” or “Privacy” in the subject line. For enterprise pricing, single sign-on, service levels, private deployment, or commercial terms, put “Enterprise” in the subject line and briefly describe your team size and deployment needs.

Product access

You can start with one repository at app.tryarcanist.com. Zeus works through GitHub and posts review results to the pull request. The free Starter plan does not require a payment card. This contact page does not contain a form and does not collect a message in the browser.
